Mô tả công việc

• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies

• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc

• Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness

• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees

• Has an extensive knowledge and passion of Mixology and strives through innovation. Has created various beverage concepts

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience of managing

• High-profile Bar and/or Night Club operations in a similar role

• Has a flawless track record in successfully managed & established venues.

• Has an extensive knowledge and passion of Wines & Spirits

• Has a high acumen to deliver highest service standards

• Excellent English skills
