Mô tả công việc

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

• Replacing parts as required & supporting the roll-out of new applications

• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles (Email , Password …)

• Backup and restore data when problems on the system

• Management and support issues related to softwares

• Working with providers in the system maintenance

• Replace the equipment when the problem

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University graguated in IT major

• At least 1 year experience in IT support and maintenance in company size above users

• Having knowledge of: hotel information system; Microsoft Windows Server; Operating Systen and Microsoft Office; Antivirus and IT Security;LAN; WAN; Wireless;

• Having knowledge of IT- related hardward and software systems, cabling and maintaining skill

• Good verbal and written English

• Able to organize and co-ordinate in systematic manner.
