Mô tả công việc

• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel, particularly Reservations and the Banqueting Department, to create an exceptional Guest experience

• Contribute to relevant management meetings to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives

• Assist in managing the hotel sales and marketing plans to ensure they accurately interpret and support the objectives of the business and use these plans to focus the sales efforts for all market segments

• Work closely with the Senior Management Team to identify and drive focused activities on elements of the business that require additional support

• Contribute to the development of company sales and marketing initiatives by recommending, implementing and monitoring appropriate local activities

• Organize comprehensive information describing the range of products and services offered by the hotel and deliver this information through relevant sales resources and sales channels to existing and potential clients

• Ensure accurate daily reports and produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotel and the management

• Prepare and present, on a monthly basis, the contribution, focus and activity to the senior management team

• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel, particularly Reservations and the Banqueting Department, to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs

Yêu cầu công việc

• Manage large, focus domestic accounts.

• Identify new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy.

• Develop sales plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts

• Determine key accounts’ needs, hotels’ objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account.

• Continuously communicate the benefits of the hotel to the customer.

• Drives/manage wholesale production, group and catering production through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management.

• Negotiate wholesale rates for assigned accounts.

• Prospect new business through phone solicitation, outside sales calls, customer visits to the hotel, sales blitzes, direct mail, and other customer interaction or research.

• Develop marketing intelligence: new product ideas, competition activities, new customer trends and performance.

• Ensure all BT training programs undertaken to improve sales efficiency and self- development.

• Understand the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.

• Work collaboratively with RSO sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.

• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, etc.

• Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.

• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

• Understand the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
