Purchasing Executive

• Vendor sourcing ( responsible for sourcing as many vendors as possible to ensure diversification, competitiveness and quality of goods/ services purchased).

• Approved vendor list setting (engage in building the approved vendor list with maximum number of vendors engaged in routine supply of goods/ services being put in the list)

• Conducting market survey to get real price, do comparison and send for approvals. Ensures that market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and Accountant

• Participates in negotiations for service contracts.

• Posts orders to inventory module and produces purchase order for receiver to match against goods received

• Handle any other job assigned by management from time to time.

• Follow up daily non-delivery Purchase Orders

• Follow up pending payment from supplier in professional way

• Work in shift 
• One day off per week

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties highly reflect on hotels, brands and companies.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

• 1 year experience related to purchasing department

• Honest, high integrity, self-disciplined, organized, willing to learn, creative, workaholic and teamwork.

• Ability to understand asses and persuade individuals.
