Mô tả công việc

The position of Director of Engineering is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.

Performs, manages, or supervises maintenance operations for exterior and interior facilities including electri-cal, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, cooling, structural, parking areas, and other maintenance work neces-sary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition. Also, ensures the safety and comfort of the guests and employees.

Yêu cầu công việc

-The successful candidate has opening experience as a Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer of an international 5 star hotel or resort preferably in Vietnam

-The candidate has a university level degree in Engineering.

-The candidate has a good track record of employment stability.

- The candidate has managed or implemented comprehensive preventive maintenance programs

- The candidate is very acquainted with IT applications in modern hotel engineering

- The candidate is a team player and leads a fully motivated and successful team

- The candidate has a good command of spoken and written English
