Assistant Director, Player Development

• Plans and implements International Marketing Communication Policies and Procedures.

• Developing new business relationships and maintaining relationships with existing patrons through personal contacts in order to generate incremental gaming revenues.

• Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.

• Serves as an ongoing ambassadors and advocate for our gaming product and amenities or valued guest.

• Serves as a resource and provides guidance for Managers and Player Development executives.

• Oversee and manage the Player Development Executive team, Executive Host team, Casino Host team, and Player Development Coordinators.

• Develop new business relationships and maintain relationships with existing patrons through frequent personal contact in order to generate new and incremental gaming trips from high level guests.

• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with team members in Player Development and across all departments to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the International Marketing department and all property operations.

• Develop department members’ knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective counseling, etc.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.

• Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Preferred 8-10 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in Manager role: Player Development experiences, International Marketing, and/or Business development within the gaming industry.

• Must bring extensive existing player relationships (with significant high-level players) to this position that will forge new player relationships with Hoiana.

• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience within Hoiana.

• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills required.

• Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations and Must be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure, handle situations in a timely manner, and work independently.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone, and in writing.

• Analytical skill and customer service orientation required.

• Bachelor's degree in the business-related field is required.
