Assist Director Table Games Operations to manage all table games department: interviewing, orientation, training, disciplines, and performance review including the management of attendance and time records.
Monitor all table games activities for adherence to casino policies and casino rules and regulations.
Ensure that Pit Team Members comply with the rules, regulations, and directives of the internal control and procedures.
Coordinate decision/instructions in the event of a property emergency, including fire, power outage, bomb threat, elevator malfunctions, etc.
Consistently support Management directives and decisions.
Participate daily in the operation to ensure that staffing levels are adequate, quality of service is provided & the problem areas are identified and corrective action taken.
Update training as needed to deal with operating issues (card counting, problem gaming, customer service).
Set and maintain high standards of service and practices throughout the gaming area.
Work closely with Food and Beverage Team (Culinary Team, Butlers, Cocktail Services, etc.) to make sure adequate service is provided.
Assist with management and supervision of VIP, Premium & Mass players (profitability, deals, etc.).
Interact with Surveillance Department, advising them immediately of any possible problem areas.
Inform Operation Managers, Pit Managers, Supervisors, Dealer Inspectors, Dealers & other team members of changes or amendments in Company Policies or Procedures and ensure compliance.
Ensure discipline is administered in consistent, fair manner.
When appropriate, delegate responsibility and follow through to ensure accountability.
Maintain a positive rapport and interaction with other departments.
Understand the parameters and boundaries of position, exercising good judgment, referring situations to the Assistant Vice President Of Table Games Operations.
Manage the development of the table game operations to be more effective.
Focus on Team Member survey to make sure all current staff needs are addressed.
Build positive culture in the table game operations related areas to meet the company standards and provide VIP guests with the exceptional services.
Provide input into and executes the development, implementation, and measurement of VIP guest service standards within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s VIP service standards.
Participate in the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure the company’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality/gaming environment.
Direct Human Resources responsibilities for assigned all Table Games Operations Function to include: quality hiring, training, succession planning processes, creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction.
Ensure that consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
Protect and preserve the assets of the company.
Complete regular and periodic verification processes for the proper accounting of revenues, expenses and inventory.
Review and analyze departmental staffing needs and make recommendations for adjusting working schedules of team members to promote effective labor cost control while providing quality products and service.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental or company matters.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
Demonstrated experience in table games operations experience in the hospitality/gaming industry.
Previous supervisory/management experience required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Detailed knowledge of Asian market including Mass, Premium Mass, Premium Direct and VIP Junket is a plus.
