Mô tả công việc

 Prepare administration budget and forecast for the department as well as regular reporting to management on departmental P&L.

 Lead the effort to set and monitor overall administration for Table Games, VIP, Premium mass & mass business development & VIP Junket.

 Drive administration efficiencies to allow the Table Games Teams to maximize their potential.

 Provide administration skills to lead admin team to coordinate offices for Table Games teams.

 Design and implement admin training programs/promotions for admin and table games stuff, evaluate the work performance and effectiveness.

 Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for VP Gaming. Other ad-hoc projects as required

 Wide experience of Administration, Hospitality & Service Industry.

 Analytical, detail-orientated and has intellectual curiosity.

 Strong communication and presentation skills, especially to senior management.

 Strong administration management skills and can influence stakeholders within the organization.

 Strong excel skills with knowledge of database system is an advantage.

 Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

 Required strong knowledge of Casino Administrative, Logistic & Planning.

 Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

 Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively.

 Flexible working hours and schedule required

Qualifications/Requirements

 Bachelor's degree with over 6 years of working experience in administration/ analysis/ consulting background preferred and/ or equivalent work experience.
