Quản lý nhà hàng

• Supervise the day to day operation of the restaurant, including staffing, equipment, sales and costs.
• Lead and direct the entire F&B team and establish operational standard. Maintain and control establishing standard.
• Have a good knowledge and skills of food, cocktail, wine menus and liquor,...
•  Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverage product to ensure the highest quality at all time.
• Make frequent suggestions to Board of Management in reference to improve the operation, F&B promotions, cost control and profitability.
• Establish control procedures for reconciliation of cashiering before and after service according to the accountant requested.
  
• Response to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services; and immediately take all required corrective measures.
  
• Suggest new ideas to increase sales and add value to our guests.
  
• Recommend disciplinarily and reward action violation or outstanding performance.
  
• Successfully promote and publicise the brand
  
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
  
• Perform other duties if assigned.
