Assistant Restaurant Manager - Qui Lounge

Working at Qui Lounge, 22 Bis Le Thanh Ton, district 1

1. Customer service:

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

Handle customer complaints

2. Process:

Assistant Outlet Manager to liaise with procurement and Accounting department on product purchases, delivery inspection as well as inventory management

Maximize bar profitability by ensuring portion control and monitoring accuracy of charges

3. People:

Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, select, orient, train, assign, schedule rosters, coach, counsel, and discipline employees

Assist the Outlet Manager to communicate job expectations

Plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions then make recommendation for promotions for the team members

Enhance job knowledge for himself/ herself and team members by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations and necessary training courses

• At least 3 years at the same position in high-end restaurant/ lounge/ bar
• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
• Good in using word, excel, outlook email
• Able to work under high pressure
• Leadership skill
