• Control the application of all safety and hygiene policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel.

• Assign tasks and ensure the daily operation of the reservations.

• Report regularly to his superior concerning the daily operation.

• Transmit suggestion made by the guest and his subordinates to his superior.

• Transmit his knowledge to his subordinates.

• Participate in all Front Office, revenue, credit meetings.

• Participate in all training programs provided by the Front Office Manager.

• Control the appearance and cleanliness of his subordinates.

• Check the cleanliness of his work area, equipment and material.

• Control accurately booking confirmations, booking guarantees.

• Handle special booking inquiries.

As per hotel's policy

- 5 years experience in related position.

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

- Strong leadership skills to manage teams.

- English
