Income auditor cum general cashier

I. GENERAL MISSION

To ensure that collection of all daily receipts, provide small changes for all cashiers, conducting daily bank deposits, and preparing accounting of cash daily, including and ensuring that the assigned cash floats are accurate and effective. Make the difference.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* General cashier receives fresh cash from department’s cashiers, check and sign on cash report. Transfers sales revenue information to Revenue accountant for checking

* Prepare the daily cash report in excel for comparison between actual revenue, cash in report and actual fresh cash, total payment in credit card &city ledger and deposit. Gave to income auditor and account receivable for checking.

* At the end of the month, make cash count minutes with the participant of payable accountant.

* Responsible for exchange foreign currency for guest & payment by cash & keep track on Cash on hand.

* Dealing with bank officer for changing money, receiving money, credit cards paper & document from the bank.

* Communicate with banks for cash deposit and withdrawal.

* Keep & responsible for the key of Safety box.

* Responsible for amount of money in safety box.

* Determine exchange rates and informs to all relation department.

* Updating foreign exchange rates into the system on a daily basis.

* Stamping “Paid” on the Payment Vouchers paid.

* Auditing all cashiers’ float at least once a month.

* Preparing reports to the required bank in order to comply with the Vietnamese law.

* Maintaining adequate supply of small change to outlet cashiers.

* Take part in physical count at end of month.

* Take part in physical count tools & fixed assets at end of the year.

* Do some extra things relating to accounting jobs assigned by Financial Controller.

* At least finance certificate

* At least 2 years experience in Accounting

* Analytical, organized, and detailed

* Strong inter-personality skills

* Proficiency in English communication
