MAIN DUTIES:
Management & Administration:
• Regularly check the quality of services provided on monthly basis
• Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
• Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially
• Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity
• Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities:
• Maximize hotel revenue and up-sell as much as possible
• Ensure all groups have rooming list in one week prior and prepare group function sheets in half of month and send it to concern departments
• In charge of the prepayment of Travel Agencies that have not signed the credit application
• All contract rates of any Company and Travel Agent are confidential and must not be communicated to any other person
• Be aware of all contracts, associated rates, special promotions
• To be fully conversant with all Accor Programs, Accor offers, rate, conditions and payment for all bookings on website
• Pay attention for all bookings from the third party websites
Guest Service Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient and courteous telephone service to guests and callers
• Handle telephone enquires, accepting reservations and input the reservations in the computer system
• Be Responsible for taking hotel reservations from guests
• To attract guests and to enhance their loyalty, providing a distinctive service through communication and sales skills, in order to improve the hotel’s image and increase revenue
• To recognize potential clients and to transmit information to Manager
• To recognize a VIP guest and to apply the concerned policies
• To promote the Accor Loyalty programs and the hotel promotions
• To call the Manager for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required

- Pleasant / Warm Personality - Excellent leadership skills; Proactive - Health in good condition- Opera Know - how- Ability to direct and manage both technical and administrative staff. - Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies. - Proficient in MS Office application.- Good written and verbal English language skills- Have a pleasant telephone manner.- Willing to work shifts during weekdays and public holiday if required.
