Quản lý - Lounge Manager

- Lead and direct the entire team and establish operational standard. Maintain and control establishing standard.

- Have a good knowledge and skills of food, drinks...

- Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverage product to ensure the highest quality at all time. 

- Make frequent suggestions to Board of Management in reference to improve the operation, promotions, cost control and profitability.

- Establish control procedures for reconciliation of cashiering before and after service according to the accountant requested.

- Response to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services; and immediately take all required corrective measures.

- Suggest new ideas to increase sales and add value to our guests.

- Recommend disciplinarily and reward action violation or outstanding performance.

- Successfully promote and publicize the brand

- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example

- Perform other duties if assigned.
