Mô tả công việc
• Ensure that all activities adhere to and support the Radisson Hotel Group Quality Management System.
• While based at the F&B office, responsible for all administrative work in the F&B office and Culinary office, may be required to assist Conference and Events with their admin duties.
• Take minutes of meetings and drafting necessary documents for distribution.
• Format, post and maintain up to date copies of all Outlet menus in public folders.
• Responsible to raise purchase requests concerning F&B operation when required.
• Ensure that daily revenue report is copied to the F&B Team.
• Update F&B Generic SOPs through as required and maintain up-to date hard copies of all F&B generic SOPs.
• Control all F&B Generic standard forms in public folders adhering to RHG document control procedures.
• Prepare monthly Attendance sheets for the F&B administration, ensuring prompt and centralized submission of all individual outlet Attendance sheets to Payroll Department.
• Contract live entertainers as required, inclusive of booking of flights, arranging entertainers’ permits, accommodation and any other related activities.
• Maintain adequate stocks of stationery and office supplies.
• Maintain office equipment in excellent working order.
• Acknowledge the receipt of new or amended documents and post them in relevant Back of House areas
• Communicate new or amended procedures to relevant departments/colleagues in a timely manner, ensuring they have been understood.
• Control department forms and records according to the RHG standards for document control
• Process office documents accurately, in accordance with RHG's procedures and within designated timelines.
• Identify, rectify or report office equipment malfunctions promptly, and in accordance with RHG procedures.
• Draft written communication
• Select appropriate format and style for correspondence, using clear and concise language according to purpose, audience and situation. Use correct spelling, punctuation and grammar to ensure understanding by receiver.
• Check information for accuracy prior to sending.
• Maintain document systems
• File/store documents in accordance with RHG procedures.
• Modify and update reference and index systems as required.
• Obtain prior approval for expenditures from the relevant F&B Management colleague.
• Promote conservational efforts to recycle and reuse materials when possible
• Perform other duties may be assigned by the management;

Yêu cầu công việc
• Have worked as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in an international company
• Experience in Restaurant operations- Desirable
• Experience working in a large, multi cultural environment- Desirable
• Strong Organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent typing skills, grammar and spelling in English and Vietnamese
• Advanced Word/Excel/Microsoft Outlook user, able to use time and attendance software, able to use Micros for reports, familiar with requisition process
