Job Summary:

The Houseman is responsible to keep outlets, public areas, offices and staff facilities cleanliness as per Resort standard and well maintained. The houseman is also responsible to ensure all housekeeping stock in the storage rooms are updated and sufficient.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible to check and remove soiled linen/terry & rubbish.

• Ensure all items in the cart is sufficient such as uploading linens/terry.

• Making sure all the proper equipment is uploaded on the Housekeeping attendant cart.

• Ensure all Bathrooms amenities and cleaning supplies are sufficient in the storage rooms.

• Assist in deep cleaning public areas and rooms

• Assist in cleaning the furniture in public areas and rooms

• Ensure all dirty linens and towels are brought to the housekeeping laundry.

• Deliver fresh Linen and towels to all storage room for Room Attendants.

• To clean and maintain daily assigned areas according to set Resort standard.

• To report damages to supervisor.

• To report unusual behavior / activities to supervisor.

• To maintain equipment in proper state of repair.

• To comply with resort health, safety and hygiene policy.

• To maintain responsibilities for cleaner master key in possession.

• To greet the guest with smile.

• To maintain and act on various environmental issues as directed.

• To prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies.

• To perform related duties as assigned.
