Mô tả công việc

- To oversee the Guest Relations Department (GR) in the absence of the Guest Relations Manager (GRM).

- Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating and supervising all GR staff to ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service is provided to guests.

- Delegate duties to and supervise performance of GR staff, and to assist them in solving problem and completing work whenever necessary and possible.

- Assisting the GRM in training and evaluation all GR staff.

- Perform job related duties as assigned by GRM.

- To follow up assigned tasks and report general departmental operation to GRM frequently.
