Mô tả công việc

Duties may include but not limited to:

 Create Surveillance Induction Training plan

 Create continuous skills improvement training plan

 Oversee the Surveillance induction training and continuous skills improvement training and review/update training process and procedures where necessary

 Deliver and assessing Surveillance Training (Technical and none Technical) accordance to Surveillance Department standards

 Review/update SOP that related to Surveillance training regularly

 Develop training materials in accordance with approved procedures and processes

 Regular participate training meeting with Training Committee and Training Manager from other departments

 Oversee all training matters related to Surveillance Department, including all internal and external courses required for Surveillance team members

 Enroll and to assign Surveillance Team member to attend necessary training to upskills Surveillance team member’s skills

 Able to evaluate, analyze, assess and providing the action plan as to improve Surveillance team member’s operational, monitoring and observation skills

 Maintain all training records for Surveillance Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Bachelor preferred

 Minimum three (3) years working in Casino Surveillance Training Supervisory level and five (5) years in Surveillance Supervisory level

 Excellent command of written and spoken English

 Fully conversant with Microsoft applications

 Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

 Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues

 Good Knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
