Mô tả công việc

Duties may include but not limited to:
• Manages of all financial transactions between the gaming floor and Cage.
• Maintain the daily operations of Main Bank, Chips Bank, Front Windows, Premium Cage, Rolling Cage, Marker Bank, Team Bank, Marker Bank and all Cage workstations on a shift by shift basis.
• Establish and maintain Marker and Cheque cashing facilities, verify VIP Marker and Settlements to ensure efficient and precise balancing of Junket VIP and Premium program Cheque cashing facilities and Settlements to ensure efficient and precise balancing of Premium player and activities.
• Monitor staff progressive discipline.
• Assign tasks, duties and work schedule to cashiers and supervisors to ensure the efficient functioning of the Cage.
• Accept and verify soft count and hard count funds.
• Investigate all significant variances.
• Settling of internal/external disputes and/or errors quickly and proficiently.
• Assisting in UAT and Quality Assurance buy off initiatives for any system enhancements related to Cage Operation.
• Provide training and guide Team Members in using systems related to Cage operation and Cage procedures.
• Ensure the department’s compliance with Anti–Money Laundering and reporting controls and standards.
• Ensure adequate training programs are formulated and implemented for all Supervisor level and below.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Preferably 6 - 8 years of industry experience in Cage operations management providing overall direction, implementation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to improve Cage operation efficiency with an aim to reduce over production, duplication, redundancy and improve work environment.
• Ability to identify, develop, support and train prospective Team Members for advancement to ensure quality assurance, integrity and sound work ethic are being practiced and maintained.
• Ability to run Cage operation independently, self-motivated and creative when task or project being assigned to.
• Highly computer-literate and well-verse in various Cage Management System.
• Opening and set up Team in various global Casinos.
• Highly VIP Junket and Rolling program operational knowledge.
• The ability to work any/various shifts.
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Minimum College or bachelor’s degree or in related field or equivalent work experience in Cage operations management
