Deliver food and drink orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately / Thực hiện phục vụ thức uống, đồ ăn cho khách hàng nhanh chóng
Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff / Là người liên hệ chính giữa phòng bếp và khu dịch vụ bán hàng
Communicate food & drink orders to chefs and barista, paying attention to priorities and special requests / Thông tin cho bếp trưởng, pha chế về yêu cầu đặc biệt của khách hàng
Assist table setting, retail staff / Hỗ trợ dọn bàn và bán hàng
Welcome upon guests’ arrival / Đón khách
Ensure food & drink is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature) / Đảm bảo thức uống và đồ ăn được phục vụ theo các tiêu chuẩn của Marou
Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items / Tư vấn khách hàng về thực đơn
Inform supervisor about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check) / Thông báo với quản lý về phản hồi của khách hàng
Responsible for all restaurant facilities and areas being cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volum / Đảm bảo các khu vực được vệ sinh kỹ lưỡng và đảm bảo số tồn kho

MAROU is among the first Bean-to-Bar artisanal chocolate makers in Asia, and one of the few in the world to make chocolate in the country of origin of the beans. It is the dream child of two unusual Frenchmen who call Vietnam home. By choosing single-origin dark chocolates, we decided to highlight the specific bean aromas of each terroir while controlling every step of the chocolate production, from the selection of the beans to the chocolate bar, to offer the best experience possible Our Single Origin chocolate bars are made with cacao sourced from six provinces in southern Vietnam: from north to south Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria, Tien Giang and Ben Tre. The climate, soil, and water of each province (call it terroir if you want) as well as the mix of cacao varieties and post-harvest practices contribute to the different flavors of each origin, which in turn make the different flavours of each bar.There are more provinces that grow cacao, and we are always interested in finding new farmers to work with and in encouraging new farmers to plant cacao in Vietnam.
