- Prepare and provide the information on F&B costing, compare detailed F&B cost with revenue.
- Compute daily cost for F&B, prepare monthly various cost report.
- Prepare & advise the cost of staff canteen and outlets, duty meal expenses.
- Reconcile the actual costs and record into VAS system.
- Oversee proper record-keeping of inventories, assist in the review of improvement on stock control system.Conduct and supervise monthly stock-take in stores, kitchens & outlets.
- Reconcile inventory accounts (A&L).
- Costing related information reports to management and other reports as required.
