Cost Controller

• Prepare and provide the information on F&B costing, compare detailed F&B cost with revenue.
• Compute daily cost for F&B, prepare monthly various cost report.
• Prepare & advise the cost of staff canteen and outlets, duty meal expenses.
• Reconcile the actual costs and record into VAS system.
• Oversee proper record-keeping of inventories, assist in the review of improvement on stock control system.Conduct and supervise monthly stock-take in stores, kitchens & outlets.
• Reconcile inventory accounts (A&L).
• Costing related information reports to management and other reports as required.

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree from university/college in Finance/ Accounting, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major;
• Minimum 01 year experiences in the same role, preferably with Marriott International brands
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PMS System, Accounting tools
• Fluent English communication
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
