Manager - Project Management

PROGRAM AND PLANNING

• Produce and maintain facility’s operation and maintenance plans and schedule.
• Identify, monitor and highlight the critical path(s), resource allocation and advise its overall implications on the over-all operations of hotel and casino or the entire complex.
• Coordinate with the project management team in preparation of reports, including but not limited to the scheduling updates & analysis, progress evaluation/measurement reports and various internal/external high-level reports.
• Be able to draft accurate, timely reports and correspondence.
• Facilitate weekly schedules and progress review meetings.
• Introduce any improvements that could optimize the facility’s operation and maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Conduct above-mentioned responsibilities in adherence to the company vision and within the quality management principles.

IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT

• Execute the planning and scheduling of facility’s operation and maintenance.
• Develop forms and records to document all planning and scheduling activities.
• Set up files to ensure that all operation and maintenance information on planning and scheduling are appropriately documented and secured.
• Monitor progress of planned operation and maintenance and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion.
• Review the quality of work.

EVALUATE THE PROJECT

• Ensure that all operation and maintenance works are on time, within the budget and at the required level of quality.
• Evaluate the outcome of operation and maintenance works as established during the planning phase.

PROJECT CONTROL

• Write reports on the project for management and other departments.
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
• Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.

• Graduate Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
• Must be a registered Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in construction, hotel or casino industry as a Project Manager
• Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency
• With advance Primavera training.
• Passed the Engineering Licensure Examination.
• Knowledge in Auto Cad.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese/ English is a must
