Assistant Landscape Manager

Administration

• Monitors implementation and takes corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Provide time tested, generally accepted routine procedures that minimize the potential for release of pollutants during the performance of specific activities.
• Develop to control pollutant discharges by using routine maintenance procedures for mowing and debris control.
• Identifies any repeated deviations from Operations SOP’s and takes remedial action as appropriate.
• Reports any concerns related to anticipated breakdowns and actual breakdowns as soon as possible to Operations so their impact can be minimized.
• Ensures staffs have a complete understanding of the company policies, procedures and in particular those related to fire and life safety, hygiene and health
• Perform regularly scheduled landscape inspections.
• Investigate and report issues.
• Ensures all works is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
• Ensure the safety or road and car park users

• Help the manager to ensure the quality control, maintenance and upkeep of the grounds area.
• Provides a fast response team for repairs and maintenance.

Reports

• Prepares timely reports.
• Write technical reports or publications related to water resources development or water use efficiency.

• Bachelor Degree / Licensed in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 5 years or more working experience being a landscape assistant manager.
• Computer literate in MS Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills.
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
• Ability to work on overtime when needed.
