GENERAL MISSION

Responsible for developing and driving the people development, learning requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

1. Ensure that property is up-to-date in terms of implementing corporate learning programs and people development programs.

2. Ensure training systems, budgets, policies and standards (both corporate and property) are updated on a regular basis.

3. Conduct regular communications with hotel executive members and departmental trainers/ facilitators in order to ensure both business and learning needs are met.

4. In conjunction with Department Heads, develop departmental on the job training schedules that meet departmental operating objectives

5. Prepare and administer the yearly training calendar on a regular basis.

6. Monitor all training activities conducted on and off site

7. Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality training courses

8. Maintain an up to date record of suppliers of training resources

9. Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace

10. Work with Social, Medical and Unemployment insurance and individual tax for hotel staff

11. Coordinate with other departments for roster, timesheet, and payroll

12. Participate and HR activities as and when required by HR Leader

DIRECT LIAISONS

- The trainer cum HR staff reports directly to T&C Manager

- Follow as Hotel's policy

Students preparing to graduate from College, University specialized in Hospitality.

• Tiếng Anh: khả năng viết và giao tiếp tốt.

English skills: fluent in both writing and speaking.

• Kỹ năng vi tính: sử dụng tốt vi tính văn phòng, biết sử dụng Canva hoặc các ứng dụng thiết kế là một lợi thế

IT skills: good in Microsoft office, knowing how to use Canva or design apps is an advantage
