- As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities

Là Tổ phó Bếp bánh, bạn có trách nhiệm chăm sóc việc chuẩn bị thức ăn hàng ngày và nhiệm vụ được giao để đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn và chất lượng của sản phẩm.

- Has the responsibility to training for Cook I/II.

Chịu trách nhiệm training cho nhân viên cấp dưới là Cook I/II.

- Help Pastry Chef/ Assistant Pastry Chef take care the food cost and the quality of food.

Hỗ trợ Pastry Chef/ Assistant Pastry Chef kiểm soát chi phí và chất lượng món ăn.

- Arrange working schedule for staff in duty.

Sắp xếp lịch làm việc của nhân viên trong ca làm việc.

- Take the responsibility for the meal serve to GUEST.

Chịu trách nhiệm về món ăn phục vụ cho khách.

- Taking care staff in duty.

Kiểm soát nhân viên trong ca làm việc.

- Usually check for the goods in the store for ordering.

Thường xuyên kiểm tra hàng hóa trong kho để đặt hàng.

• Certification in Pastry

• At least 2 years' professional experience

• Language: fluent in the national language, operational English

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Highly responsible & reliable.
