Overall purpose of the job:To work as part of the sales team, provide excellent customer service and undertake replenishment and merchandising duties to help the store achieve sales and profit targets.

1. Selling & Customer Service

• Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers

2. Merchandising

• Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandising by ensuring that items are attractively displayed and correctly priced in line with ticketing guidelines

3. Loss Prevention

• Following our store routines, policies and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety the store

4. Target Achievement

• Works constantly towards reaching the target
