Mô tả công việc

This position is responsible for the overall management of the Golf operations department. The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable handling of Front Desk operation (including golf shop) & golf operation in a managerial capacity. The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager is responsible for overseeing golf operations to a five star service standard, works with the Club Manager to develop the policies and objectives of the golf shop's programs and implements, administers and maintains those programs. The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager ensures that the policies and objectives of the company are implemented, administered and maintained and ensures that high standards of quality are maintained and profitability is consistently achieved. The Front Office Manager/Golf Manager reports to the Club Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 02 year experience at Front Office Manager in a four or five star hotels/Resorts or 02 year experience at Golf Operation Manager.

- Good communication skill when interacting with others.

- Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

- Strong leadership skills in managing team.

- Teamwork skills and able to work under high pressure.

- Good administration skills including writing, making report and presentation skills.

- Good business acumen and full understanding of financial reports and budgetary requirements.

- Retail experience is advantage.

- Vietnamese only
