People and Culture Coordinator (HR)

Tasks/Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and clerical expertise to Human Resources Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

2. The ability to treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner, the employees are our guests.

3. The ability to answer telephone calls up to Four Seasons standards, offering information, verifying present/past employment & handling personal calls for employees.

4. The ability to greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.

5. The ability to process confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information.

6. The ability to update and maintain the hotel's bulletin boards.

7. The ability to listen carefully and patiently to all requests and ask questions to determine complete needs.

8. The ability to reply inquiries, faxes or e-mails within 24 hours.

9. The ability to distribute any literature, forms, prizes, cards, etc. to employees when necessary.

10. The ability to assist in coordinating all employees related functions including Christmas party, children's party, theme days, picnic, employee birthday, etc.

11. The ability to ensure that the Employee Restaurant is clean and well decorated during holidays and special events.

12. The ability to ensure that the employee locker room is clean and orderly.

13. Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards

14. Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork when needed.

15.The ability to handle employee requests, letters, name tag orders, disbursement of medical and dental forms.

16. The ability to track vacation and sick pay dates for each hotel employee.

17. The ability to maintain complete files for all current and terminated employees.

18. The ability to ensure all newly hired employees are correctly processed (orientation, payroll, references checked, offer letters etc.).
