Spa Manager

• Monitor and handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction, as well as refresh and develop treatments.

• Assist the Spa Reception team to upsell Spa bookings.

• Be responsible for educate other departments about Spa treatments to assist in upselling treatments.

• Check the reception area, the music system and air-conditioning.

• Identify and solve problems in a professional manner.

• Check the spa areas to ensure standards.

• Check over all staffs that have PH and AL to be clear when the spa is not busy or there is low season.

• Check over the grooming of all therapists.

• Check the reception area and all spa-booking sheets.

• Create a staff roster per week.

• Attend and participate in training sessions/ meetings as required.

• Assist instructors to complete the job assignments in a safe and professional manner using proper safety techniques.

• Oversee the smooth running of the fitness operations on a day-to-day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Establish effective communication with instructors to gain their trust and respect through work sample.

• Maintain regular quality control inspections of fitness standards.

• Assist in implementing new and effective training programs.

• Handle the entire Spa department accurately. Adhere to Spa policies regarding advance reservation times.

• At least Bachelor degree in any field or bachelor degrees in resort/spa management or related degrees

• 3 years working experience as Beauty/ Spa Therapist

• Strong inter-personality and leadership skills

• Proficiency in English and computer literate
