The Role

 Be responsible for the communication and administration work in Housekeeping Office

 Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

 Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.

 To provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service.

 To work with a team spirit and to ensure that each internal and external guest leaves the hotel fully satisfied.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Planning & Organizing:

1. Be responsible for filing, updating all the necessary documents and records.

2. To follow the Vacation plan and Duty Roster accordantly.

3. The daily arrangement of staffing for the following days to fulfill business demands.

4. Ensure stores issuing system are prepared and follow the monthly budget.

5. Ensure department attendant sheet and duty roster updated on time.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Graduated in Vocational School / College / University and/or with similar working experience in 04 -05-star Hotel/Resorts.

2. Able to start as early as 06AM and finish as late as 10PM.

3. Experienced in Admin jobs and/or in call center.

4. Working English communication, Vietnamese native speaking.

5. Computer Skills, Interpersonal Skills.

6. Knowing how to deal with colleagues/customers professionally, good in guest complaint handling.

7. Excellent in-service mind oriented.

8. Working experience in 2-3 years with similar position, Housekeeping Attendant with good background/profile will be considered for interview.
