Mô tả công việc

Sales Executive is mainly in charge of sales, coordination mainly in banquet/events including golf events in the Montgomerie Links golf course. The incumbent reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.

Major duties:
1. Develope prospective clients databases by conducting sales calls, campaigns etc…
2. Provides Sales & Marketing of banquets & events to attract new as well as repeat business /corporates including coordination with wholesale markets including but not limited to Travel Agents/Airlines/ Tour Operators/ Industrial Zones/ Hotels/resorts…
3. Creates and coordinates production of collateral materials to support marketing and sales.
4. Develops and makes presentations to prospective corporates, groups and the community regarding club amenities and the club services; serves as the primary public relations contact for the club.
5. Identifies new markets and emerging markets in sales.
6. Maintains high quality standards in guest development programs in the sales kit, mailings to members and prospects.
7. Assists in the development of and oversees plans and arrangements for promotional events and programs to encourage sales.
8. Conducts competitive surveys of area's private club offerings, rates, fees and amenities.
9. Plans and coordinates social events and functions for the guests, a wide variety of events for the golf club both on site and off site
10. Perform related duties, as assigned or as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Study major in Economics, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Considerable knowledge of sales, marketing & business development with effective sales & marketing techniques.
- Being initiative, extrovert, outgoing & enjoying working with people.
- Ability in Foreign Languages (English, Korean, Chinese) is a priority.
- Skill in sales presentations and handling sales closings.
- Good organizational, time management & problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; in developing sales collateral materials.
- Good computer skills.
