1. Supervise and continue to improve the productivity and efficiency of staff reporting to her.

2. Check and verify all accounting entries before posting to GL

Kiểm tra các khoản kế toàn nhập vào trước khi đưa vào sổ cái

3. Perform month end closing and prepare accurate financial reports as required by the management. Perform monthly financial variance analysis and reports to Chief Accountant within the reporting date lines

Khóa sổ tháng và chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chình chính xác theo yêu cầu của Ban Quản lý. Phân tích các sai lệch tài chính hàng tháng và báo cáo lên Trưởng bộ phận Tài chính kịp thời

Other work as request by Chief Accountant

- Monthly service charge 

- Meal allowance

- PTI Health care (company paid all the cost)

- 13th salary, KPI bonus

- Participating job training , skill training and company staff activities.

1. Qualifications:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field

Chứng chỉ Kế toán, Tài chính hay liên quan

2. Experience:

At least 3 years working as General Accountant in joint-venture Company (preferably in hospitality industry)

Ít nhất 3 năm làm việc về Kế toán tổng hợp trong doanh nghiệp liên doanh (tốt nhất là trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ)

3. Competencies:

Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind and basic verbal & written English communication skills.

Thạo chương trình Microsoft Office, có khả năng phân tích, nói và đàm thoại  tiếng Anh cơ bản

4. Personal attributes:

Highly self-motivated, initiative and innovative

Có tinh thần cầu tiến, sáng tạo
