Mô tả công việc

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Guest Relation Manager acts as a link between our Customers and Management. They are to maintain a Supervisory role over the Front Office sections in order to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Welcome guests to the hotel and bidding farewell upon departure.
  • Tabulation of departure interview and have this recorded in Lobby Manager log book
  • Provide information to guests on ‘things to do’ in Hanoi.
  • Report on feedback to the Front Office Manager to help improve the hotel’s services.
  • Development of business in conjunction with airlines, travel agents, association, commercial firms and government bodies.
  • Making recommendations to the Front Office Manager on improvements in coverage or changes to sales plans or procedures to meet competition.
  • Is responsible for keeping all sales records.
  • Attend meetings to report and discuss the past and future sales activities.
  • Assist in the handling of large groups, meetings or conventions.
  • To follow-up, finalize sales and coordinate requirements with Department Heads and relevant Departments e.g. F&B, Housekeeping, Public Relation, Accounts.
  • To attend functions or events within the hotel for business which has been secured to ensure that the requirements of the clients are met.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager if and when required.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

  • Be able to inform or explain to hotel guests on room facilities, hotel facilities and house entertainment, in-house promotions as and when required.
  • Be fully knowledgeable on relevant information relating to hotel facilities, and on all places of interest in Hanoi and capable to offer first-hand information as and when required or requested to do so.
  • Be able to assist the hotel guests, as and when assistance is called for.
  • Have a good knowledge of the hotel and city so as to promote these facilities as and when required.
  • To regularly attend pre-shift briefing and Communication meeting required or requested by the Concierge and Front Desk.
  • The Management reserves the right to alter or nullify all preceding clauses as mentioned above, or to add a new any other instructions deem fit from time to time by the Management.
  • Be properly attired when on duty and to have discipline at all times.
  • To report to the Front Office Manager on any comments, complaints, observations or irregularities within the hotel premises, mentioned or reported to his attention by the hotel guests, executives or staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Able to work in different shift.
  • Must be pleasant personality.
  • “Can-do” attitude and good judgment, people management & leadership.
  • Must speak fluent English & Japanese.
  • •3 to 5 years experience in Front Office, 3+ years in supervisory capacity.
