Canteen Supervisor

2. Prepare and distribute volunteer canteen rosters each week in conjunction with your Clubs

Welfare and Development Co-ordinator.

3. Supervise all volunteers working in the canteen.

4. Order all food items to stock the canteen at the commencement of the season and as

required during the season.

5. Arrange for the pick up/delivery of all items ordered for the canteen.

6. Ensure that the canteen is re-stocked as necessary.

7. Monitor the sale of items to ensure the canteen is not over stocked.

8. Obtain any floats that are required by the Treasurer or financial procedures.

9. At the end of each day, in conjunction with the Treasurerr, count all taking.s

10. Ensure that all hazardous materials are safely stored.

11. Ensrue that the canteen and other portable canteen areas provide a safe working

environment for all.

12. Ensure that all health regulations are complied with.

13. Maintain appropriate canteen records as required by the Treasurer.

14. Keep the committee informed of all relevant matters.
