Sales Manager (Ho Chi Minh Based)

§ JOB SCOPE: Responsible to develop sales channels locally and to the market abroad in collaboration with the Director of Sales. The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting the image and services of À la Carte while increasing the overall profitability of the property by actively recruiting new clients as well as maintaining the current client base so that maximum growth occurs. The Sales Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

§ EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: At least bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or others related fields

§ SKILLS:

- Decisive, flexible and highly customer-oriented.

- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

- Must be able to close sales and have a good knowledge of hotel sales techniques

- Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relation skills.

- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.

§ EXPERIENCES:

At least four years experiences in Hotel/Resort Sales Department, including at least two years as Assistant Sales Manager
