Mô tả công việc

  • To take full responsibility for the operation of Sales department.
  • To build and take responsilibity for monthly and annual hotel business plans for the department and the hotel, supervise the usage of budget and control selling cost of department.
  • To elaborate and follow the annual budget and target of the Sales department.
  • To assign staff to implement a business plan, assign sales team in each market, target client, maximize revenue and client from the current market to extend the new and potential market.
  • To establish a close relationship with target clients such as companies, travel agents, airline companies, representative offices, associations, etc.
  • To consolidate agreement and commitment with client and client’s request, give guidance and check the implementation of relating departments to those commitments and requirements.
  • To deploy approaching measures to staying guest at the hotel to collect comments and evaluation on guest’s satisfaction to hotel’s products and services.
  • To resolve guest’s inquiry.
  • To analyze the quality index and the customers’ comments, set up corrective actions and improvement plans.
  • To provide precisely periodic reports on business status, expenses usage to Board of Director and General Director as per regulation.
  • To attend meetings at the hotel, as well as host the periodic meeting with Sales staffs.
  • To take responsibility of the Sales department expenses, manage the staff training and development program.
  • To evaluate subordinates on staffs’ strength, weaknesses, development possibilities, ensure and maintain the productivity level of employees.
  • To coach, train and update professional skills for staffs, keep track and evaluate the achievement of staffs, implement appropriate rewarding and punishment.
  • To pay attention to expectation and working conditions of employee, encourage and maintain proactive working environment that subjects to disciplinary, supervise and check the implementation of procedures and regulation of the staffs.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management; Business Administration preferred.
  • Certification: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years experience in the same position in international and national five-star hotels & resorts.
  • Language: Ability to communicate fluently in the English, both verbally and in writing.
  • IT skills: Good in Microsoft Office.
  • Other: Excellent skills in Customer Service and Public Relations; Hard working; Be honest; Leadership and well organized; Active in work as well as ready to work under high pressure; Management skills.
