Resort Security Control Room Supervisor

Control Room Supervisor will provide Supervisory support to the Resort Security Control Room Operation in a 24-hour response environment – utilizing and operating all the systems within the control room, ensuring that all requests for assistance are attended too and that all electronic systems are operating to their optimum.

• Supervisory role to the Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency

• Monitor CCTV during the shift and report any unusual activity to line manager

• Ensure compliance to all regulation in terms of Control Room Operations

• Administration of Security Access Control System’s user accounts and conducts periodical review with respective Departments pertaining to user to role and role to function.

• Ensure Security officer and Control Room operators as well as Unarmed Outsourced Security officers are aligning with Security Control Room operation procedures respectively.

• Conduct training to new joiner as well as periodic refresher training.

• Ensure proper documentation is performed with easy retrieval whenever audit requires.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 years’ experience as Control Room Supervisor or relevant position

• Knowledge of Security Operations and Fire Procedures

• Must have integrity and professionalism

• Must be able to work any shift including weekend, night and holidays; and/or work extended hours if required

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system
