KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for maintaining the operational readiness of security system through the administration of access control system, CCTV, incident reporting, alarm notification and other systems and software utilized by Resort Security Division.

• Reviewing, maintaining, auditing and ensuring the functionality of the Integrated Security Systems deployed at the Hoiana Resort.

• Assisting the Control Room Operations by providing technical supports to Systems and Software.

• Works with department heads to propose and create departmental and resort-wide policies and procedures and best practices related to Security Systems.

• Administrate training of department staff and others on Secutiry System training.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3years’ experience as a System Operator or equivalent position in hospitality industry.

• Advanced ability to manage access control system and integration.

• Knowledge of CCTV system management

• Working knowledge of auditing assets.

• Technical and IT skills are essential.

• Advanced proficiency with security related technologies, online and offline.

• Excellent in communication, presentation and training delivery skills in both oral and written

• Ability to communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English.
