Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities

  • Follow and monitor the progress of sales team and customer care responses.
  • Ensuring progress and standards and client listening channel to identify customer needs and expectations.
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Call to reach out to agent and verify support process
  • Get feedback of agent after visiting apartmentsIdentify and assess agent’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Check Call records of other Dept
  • Directly report the progress of supervisory work with management levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

  • At least 6 months Customer Service Experience
  • Sales skills, flexible, problem-solving skill
  • Bachelor Degree a plus
  • Good At verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
  • Must be self-motivator and self-starterFocus on quality and customer service
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
  • Must be Good At listening and Speaking English
