Mô tả công việc

Responsible for Japanese Market in achieving the total revenue for the organization, from existing and new business accounts.

Develops and executes the Country strategic plans for the organization along with the development of key account management plans for the company accounts.

Additionally they will support the development of Sales & Marketing annual plans and budget preparation.

These leaders will work daily with the GSA representatives in market to monitor performance outcomes.

Represents and promotes Vinpearl by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.

Regular interaction with the Area/On-property Sales teams to ensure a flow-up/flow-down relay of information relating to the accounts is developed.

Yêu cầu công việc

+ Education: University graduate or equivalent education required

+ Professional experience:

5 years experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least two years as Sales Manager with managerial experience at international chain hotels
Minimum 3 years experience in wholesale contracting for Japan market & RFP negotiation for International Japanese Corporate Accounts

+ Competencies:
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
Relations with local and international press.
Understands the market and its competitors
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines or tight schedule
