2. Xây dựng công cụ, chính sách đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự

3. Tham vấn trong quá trình xây dựng hệ thống an ninh, an toàn đạt tiêu chuẩn hoạt động mà mô hình khách sạn đặt ra

4. Phối hợp với các quản lý trong ban Vận Hành xây dựng một hệ thống vận hành xuyên suốt từ mô hình tập đoàn/ chuỗi cho tới từng khách sạn cụ thể

5. Phối hợp với các Ban trên tập đoàn xây dựng và phát triển tính đồng bộ của các hệ thống đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn.

6. Đánh giá và điều chỉnh kịp thời hệ thống thiết bị kỹ thuật và các biện pháp an ninh đáp ứng với nhu cầu phát triển của chuỗi khách sạn.

7. Xây dựng công tác quản lý chi phí thông qua quản lý trang thiết bị hỗ trợ, nhân lực.

8. Lập kế hoạch phát triển trung hạn và dài hạn

9. Xây dựng tốt mối quan hệ với đối tác và khách hàng

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired.

Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, Occupational Health & Safety requirements and fire codes and life safety codes.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

4 years of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
