Mô tả công việc

• Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions

• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and bar are ready for service

• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

• Work closely with his superiors with regard to the correct method of service that has to be carried out

• Reporting directly to the F&B outlet Manager

• Details will be discussed during the interview

Yêu cầu công việc

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skill

• Customer-Service Skills

• Basic English skill in Speaking and listening.
