Management
• Provide day-to-day "hands on" management of ship board spa.
• Train and supervises spa therapists continuously strives to improve service performance all spa staff
• Ensure spa treatment areas are very clean and all equipment is sterilized
• Coordinate client bookings
• Plan work schedules for Spa Therapists
• Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments.
• Supervise the coordination of special needs of VIPs.
• Supervise the daily cleaning of all Spa areas
Project Management
• Assist GM with new spa concepts and spa packages & product presentation.
Inventory
• Maintainspa products inventory to manage costs and quality
• Ensure all spa supplies are properly stored to prevent spoilage and control costs
• Complete monthly inventory of spa products.
• Ensure there are adequate supplies of towels and clean linen for spa areas
Guest Services
• Act as spa receptionist as required
• Meet and greet all spa clients
• Evaluate guests needs and desires and recommend spa treatments and products
• Effectively interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels; effectively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
• Have full knowledge of all treatments and facilities in the Spa and other services and amenities on the ship
• Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with guests
Reporting
• Attend scheduledHOD Meetings
Continuous Improvement
• Strive for continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Attend regular training courses / seminars as requested

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 3 spa experience
• Experience working with high-end clients
SKILLS
• Very good - Spoken & Written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills both with guests and co-workers.

•Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
•Must be able deal concerns and issues raised by guests and staff
•Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
