Mô tả công việc

Tasks/Responsibilities:

1 Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, following up, monitoring on work results and discipline employees in the

1. To be responsible for the implementation of security policies and procedures under the direction of the Chief of Security.

2. Develop, review and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to Security, car parking and fire safety aspects.

3. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for newly hired Security Officers and ensure their competency in carrying out duties.

4. Assist the Director of Security with the overall planning, organizing, and co-ordination of security activities in the resort.

5. Complete written reports such as security logs, attendance report, incident report, security equipment report, fire equipment report, and other reports as required by Director of Security.

6. Combine with Director of Security to handle all unusual guest or employee problem, i.e. disorderly conduct, theft, death, fire or safety hazards, employee or guest accident, robberies, employee dishonesty etc.

7. Perform functions of Director of Security as assigned.

8. To have a complete understanding of the hotel’s credit policy.

9. Be required to ensure that all staff within security team are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy in order to make sure that they will deliver consistency of brand standards at high level of performance.

10. Assist to organize and conduct departmental safety committee meetings.

11. To provide advice to employees and management of the hotel on loss prevention and contribute to departmental training

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of four (4) years experience in a security function, preferably in a supervisory function.
Good communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Ability to make quick, reasonable and effective decisions, particularly in emergency situations.
