Mô tả công việc

- Manage the daily operations of Restaurant, including selection, development and performance management of employees.

- Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their experience.

- Market the F&B outlets, develop and manage the implementation of menus, promotions, decorations and presentations to capture more guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales & financial goals.

- Maintain a strong network of contacts and associates

- Coordinate with Marketing Manager to organize, plan & facilitate events

- Work with HR department to oversee recruitment staff evaluation, prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.

- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality industry

• Work experience at least 3 years in the hospitality industry, with 2-3 years working in same position at 4 or 5-star hotel above

• Experience in team management

• Food lover and well-trained in wine & spirit

• Having multi-culture, open minded

• Knowledge of bar operations, including marketing plans, security & safety programs

• Strong leadership, organization, motivational and people skills

• Build a strong and motivated team

• Advanced knowledge in computers (POS, word, excel, power point)

• Fluent English communication
