Kitchen - Departmental Secretary

As a Kitchen Departmental Secretary your main responsibilities will be to assist with departmental administrative tasks including input data, preparing reports, organizing documents, editing menus, managing schedules, placing purchase orders and HR related tasks as well as other tasks outside of assigned responsibilities when required You will be crucial to the overall success of the department and of the Resort.

•Excellent IT- Skills; hotel operation systems and Adobe software experience are beneficial
