Mô tả công việc

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Under the supervision of the FBM and within the guidelines of the hotel's policies and procedures, has responsibility for achieving maximum sales coverage in Food and Beverage.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

1. In a clearly defined area of responsibility to personally maintain an agreed sales call pattern of a minimum (five) company visits and 10 (ten) telemarketing calls daily and achieve agreed weekly targets in line with the hotel's budget, and to produce daily report relating to their visits and calls.

2. To undertake additional activities such as sales blitzes, telemarketing and direct mail campaigns, and fax / e-mail blitzes when demand requires it to be done.

3. To assist with the formulation of short/long term strategies aimed at achieving the results as outlined in the hotel's business plan.

4. To undertake market research and competitor analysis, be aware, and act to rectify any change or shifts in market conditions, which may affect the hotel's occupancy or average rate.

5. To produce monthly report relating to specific areas of responsibility and the productivity of key accounts and prospective accounts they’re in.

6. To provide current, accurate, and appropriate up to date information on all

key accounts and prospective accounts.

7. To organize and undertake F&B site inspections as required.

8. To assist in the planning and implementation of promotions and packages when required doing so.

9. Sees to cleanliness and maintenance of own work, area and equipment.

10. To perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely efficient manner in accordance with established Hotel to achieve objective of the position.

11. To maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotels guests, clients, staff and employees.

12. To maintain a professional business confidentially

Ability to:

01. Speak good English

02. Communicative effectively

03. Use the tools and equipment of the secretary

04. Able to use computer

Desirable Qualifications:

01. Male or female

02. At least intermediate English level

03. Having one year experience in Hotel industry

04. Well groomed and good appearance

05. Outgoing personality
