Mô tả công việc

- Manage Room Service team to deliver Food & Beverage service with high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Ensure setting up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations are in accordance with departmental standards
- Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit
- Deliver daily briefings and attends other Food and Beverage meetings as scheduled
- Conduct training sessions in line with a departmental monthly calendar and track progress of the team on a training matrix.
- Be responsible for requisition bar items according to bar stocks
- Takes appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Cleans and maintains equipment and premises, maintains hygienic standards and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of functions and service
- Take a diligent and pro-active approach to guest care and service at all times

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
- 2 years related experience, including supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
- Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Fluent English
