F&B Marketing and Events Coordinator

Position summary statement:

Administration:

• Responsible for maintaining and developing the Guest F&B database.

• Manage new PPHG guest database and loyalty system (2019)

• Maintaining the current loyalty card membership and database.

• Producing artwork in line with company policies

• Work with the Outlet Managers to develop promotions and events to help build the business of each outlet.

• Plan, organize and coordinate events and promotions from conceptual stage through to completion.

• Attending and actively assisting all relevant events.

• Completion of event reports and measurement of success.

• Research competitor’s products and keep up to date with market trends.

• Communicate event details and progress updates to the rest of the Hotel.

• Work closely with the hotel marketing team to coordinate marketing efforts and actions, in addition to contributing to the hotel internal newsletter, external EDM’s and other marketing avenues.

• Maintain Social media Facebook and keep update Hotel promotion & Food and Beverage Promotion.

• Ensure Food & Beverage promotions are socializing to the Venue.

• Assist Director of F & B in coordinating F&B Marketing calendar for the year.

• Assisting Marcom Manager if any new brand or collateral related to F&B.

• Be the brand ambassador of the hotel, ensure all materials comply with the brand standards and all creative follows the brand direction related to F&B.

• Manage online marketing initiatives for the Hotel including those relevant to F&B.

• Provide content for cluster online promotions for other internal loyalty programs relevant to F&B.

• Assisting in handling contact with all media including creation and execution of a year round media plan.

• Conduct regular associate meetings/ training to keep associates and management informed about F&B marketing activities / promotion and to foster two-way communication.

• Coordinate with Marcom & Creative team to update Food & Beverage Promotion in booklet, flyer and poster.

• Supporting Marcom for any Global or Internal event. (Media Gathering, Launching New Event etc.)

• Create Content for Facebook Hotel related to F&B and events submitted to Marcom and Digital Online every 1 or 2 week.

• Distribute Content Food and Beverage Promotion by Monthly to Media online Booking channel 

• Manage partner excellent relationships with Media Online Booking Channel

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- At least 1-year experience in related fields, preferably at 4-5 star Hotel

- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to details

- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

- Strong communication skills

- The aptitude and willingness to undertake further development.
