Mô tả công việc

1. Guest Services

 Develop or implement marketing strategies

 Cross-sell products, services, or memberships

 Endure a smooth running of spa operations on a daily basis

 Develop innovative programs. Ensure that standards for quality, content and variety are met

 Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as refreshing and developing treatments

 Maintain client databases and research customer needs

 Regularly seek feedback from guests

 Ensure staff grooming and presentation standards are 100% at all times

2. Financial returns

 Develop spa budgets and financial goals

 Provide quality control and overlook all internal marketing and promotional materials

 Check and reorder administrative supplies on a weekly basis

 Promptly report product or equipment losses or damages

 Control Inventory products and order new supplies

 Meet/Exceed budgets of revenues and budgets of labor costs and direct costs

 Control the number of therapist working per day against property and spa occupancy on a daily basis

 Ensure all staffs are fully versed in all products available for sale

3. Staff Management, Training and Development

 Develop & implement policies & procedures for induction & performance standards for operations in the department & ensure all staff proceed through this training & sign off as being trained

 Monitor & Implement changes when and as required

 Prevent and resolve staff grievances

 Discipline staff and resolve disputes

 Recruit, train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities & facilitate multi-skilling of staff

 Conduct performance appraisals in a timely manner

 Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines

 Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work

 Employ training and developing staffs program in the areas of product knowledge and customer service

4. Leadership and Motivation

 Plan time, meetings, scheduled events and activities effectively and within resources as budgeted

 Set up monitoring systems to ensure policies and procedures are effective and being utilized

 Ensure new policies and procedures are communicated throughout Resort

 Lead by example

 Encourage staff by delivering messages with energy, enthusiasm and conviction in line with the Resort’s culture

5. Self-Management

 Internalization, adherence and promotion of the Resort’s Policies & Procedures, especially those within the Staff Handbook

 Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times

 Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained in your area

 Pre-empt problems by introducing standard work practices and expectations

 Ability to analyze results and put in place change management strategies in order to mitigate potential losses in line with Resort’s policy

6. Communication

 Open, cooperative & enthusiastic communication channels expected at all levels & at all times

 Actively interact with all related parties to anticipate needs & determine service delivery levels

 Ensure effective shift hand-overs

 Actively participate in organized meetings and is a positive contributor to the Resort’s Management team

 Advise other departments of any operational changes

 Liaise with staff providing timely feedback

Yêu cầu công việc

 At least Bachelor degree in any field or diploma degrees in property/spa management, or at least 5 years of working experience in the Beauty/Spa Therapist area

 Know management principles

 Good in English and computer literate

 Implement standard operating procedures and policies

 Able to create any kind of treatment
